Prescription Questions
Uploading a prescription for the first time can feel a little confusing - but it's simpler than you think. If you're not sure how to do it, or you want to check whether your prescription is valid for your order, just send it over to info@pillvibe.com and one of our pharmacists will take a look and walk you through the next steps.
Order Issues
If something arrived damaged, a package went missing, or you just have a question about your order status - please get in touch right away. Have your order number handy and we'll sort it out as fast as we can. We don't make you jump through hoops to get help.
