We know that when you're ordering medication, timing matters. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you - and what happens if something goes wrong.

We Ship Worldwide

PillVibe delivers to customers all across the globe. Wherever you are, we'll do our best to get your order to you safely and on time. Please note that due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, shipments to certain countries in that region may experience delays beyond our estimated delivery windows. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For prescription orders, processing begins after our pharmacists have reviewed and verified your prescription. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Returns

Prescription Medications

Unfortunately, regulations prohibit us from accepting returns on prescription medications once they've been dispensed. If you received the wrong medication, a damaged product, or something that doesn't match your order, please contact us immediately at info@pillvibe.com. We'll make it right.

Over-the-Counter Products

If you're not satisfied with an OTC product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unopened and in its original packaging. Just reach out and we'll walk you through the return process.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or there's been a mix-up, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your call.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
