Bilachek-M Tablet is a combination anti-allergic medicine used for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. It works by reducing the body's allergic response and helping relieve nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes

Bilachek-M Tablet contains Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine blocks the action of histamine, a substance responsible for allergy symptoms, while Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, which help reduce inflammation, nasal congestion, and other allergic reactions.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.
