Bepofree Eye Drops 5 ml contains Bepotastine Besilate 1.5% w/v, an antihistamine used for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. It helps relieve itchy, red, watery, and irritated eyes caused by allergens such as dust, pollen, pet dander, or seasonal allergies. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a chemical responsible for allergic symptoms.
